(South Delhi) . newlineThe problem provides an in depth review of the HR Practices in context of Indian rural areas. newlineBSES Rajdhani power LTD has been chosen for this study. It approaches public grievances newlineheld by BRPL. This topic is selected to analyze the problems facing by the public for billing newlineand various purposes and how these grievances can be resolved. My study covers eight newlinevillages of south Delhi. Tehkhand Village, Tughlakabad Village, Badarpur Village, Tigri newlineVillage, Khanpur, Sangam vihar, Pul Pehladpur Village, Deoli Village. newlinePower is a subject in the concurrent list and it is the responsibility of both the Union and newlineState Govt. to make the power sector efficient, robust and financially viable. Reform in newlinePower Sector took place in Xth Five Year Plan. In July, 2002, BSES Delhi became a private newlinesector and, power distribution business had been transferred to BSES- Rajdhani- Power- Ltd newline(BRPL) and BSES- Yamuna- Power- Ltd (BYPL). Both BRPL and BYPL provide electricity newlineto approx 28.34 lacs customers of Delhi. BSES provides exposure to latest technology for his newlineemployees. BSES provides world class management practices. IT provides Multifunctional newlineskills to its employees. BSES provides good training for Customer relationship management. newlineIt provides exposure to regulatory, legal and contractual aspects of business. It provides fast newlinetrack growth to its employees. newline
