The newlineindustrially developed countries like U.S.A., Germany and Japan bear the evidence that newlinean economy is an effect for which Entrepreneurship is the cause. Entrepreneurship can be newlinedefined as a process of giving birth to a new enterprise. MSMEs i.e. Micro, Small and newlineMedium scale enterprises, including Khadi, Village and Rural Enterprises, play very newlinesignificant role in the overall industrial development of the nation. The Jalna and Latur newlineDistricts have come into existence on the same date i.e. 1st of May 1982. These two newlineDistricts are industrially developing Districts and are part of the Marathwada Region i.e. newlineindustrially backward Region in the Maharashtra State. So, to understand the pace of newlineindustrialization in these two Districts, researcher has selected the comparative study of newlineEnterprises between these two Districts. newlineand#61623; Nature of the Study newlineIn view of the Government of India s ever rising significance given to the Micro newlineand Small enterprises in the national economy, more number of Micro and Small units is newlineto be set up in the years to come. The MSEs offer plenty opportunities to the people to newlinesuppose entrepreneurial carrier.
